The service offered was second to none. The help given by yourselves when we were unable to obtain a permit due to partially covering the footpath by helping us with options to make it easy on us was excellent and everything was completed perfectly and on time with no hassles.

I would highly recommend Budget self pack containers. We looked into a lot of moving options and this was by far the cheapest. They provided a great service and were very friendly. Everything went according to plan, which is always nice when moving. Moreover, I liked that we got to pack the container and had the keys to the padlock.

The hardest part of this move was two 65+ year olds loading their own his and hers containers. Budget did everything they said they would do, stored out stuff way longer than we expected they would need to. I worried our containers would look like a tupperware cupboard when we opened them, but happy to say nothing moved. Great job - thank you all.
We have had a great experience with Budget Self Pack Containers, in moving a house full of furniture and possessions from Adelaide to Perth. We dealt mainly with Courtney, but everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful, and all communications were clear and comprehensive. Our delivery driver, Steve from Two Dogs Towing Transport in Adelaide was also excellent, and manged to squeeze the container neatly into a narrow driveway, with not much room and a big tree in the way. He did a great job. Our container arrived in Perth in perfect condition and was delivered and picked up efficiently, and also by a really great driver (sorry I don't have his name or company). Overall, we are really happy we chose Budget Self Pack, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great job.
I wanted to thank you for a top job with the supply, shipping and delivery in Qld of three shipping containers recently.
Each time the containers were dropped on our driveway in WA exactly as requested at the right time. Each had the blankets and trolley and were very clean inside. They were picked up within a day of me letting you know they were loaded and all were delivered at our new address over east, again exactly as requested, and promptly removed after letting you know they'd been emptied.
From start to finish I actually enjoyed dealing with company staff from initial quote to a handshake with the truck drivers.
You just often don't get that kind of service these days, so I'd have to say you're a stand out business as far as I'm concerned!

Of all the places we rang, this company was the cheapest, but better still it had the best customer service. Moving with a container was made easy - we rang several times with questions and always received the information we needed to feel confident that our move was going to be a seamless process. This company is flexible and will do everything they can to meet your needs. They also contacted our storage company in Brisbane to arrange the container to be placed there for unloading. Upon delivery both ways they are punctual and call you within the timeframe they specify to say they are on their way. If I was to move again I would definitely use this company
We recently moved from Perth to rural Victoria and used Budget Self Pack Containers to transport our furniture. The communication with the staff was excellent especially as we changed the requirements on the go when we realised that our Plan A wasn't going to work for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at BSPC and deliveries and pick up of the container happened when they said it would. Would recommend them if you are looking to reduce the stress of moving
